Focuses on information relevant to multiple health care disciplines, community providers, family members and consumers, including trauma-informed care, palliative care, aging, and person-centered thinking.
Registration opens May 1, 2019 and will be held at the Sheraton Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center with limited seating.
