Staffing looks a little different 2021. “In April, the share of U.S. workers leaving jobs was 2.7%, according to the Labor Department, a jump from 1.6% a year earlier to the highest level since at least 2000.”

Coming out of Covid, the labor crisis may very well represent the single biggest existential threat to senior living.” Organizations in senior living are working hard to increase reimbursement -including the AHCA/NCAL and LeadingAge.
